We collect account information including your email address, name, and subscription tier. We may collect app version, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the service. Payment methods are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Inventory data is stored locally on your device. Account information, subscription status, and settings are stored with Supabase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

5. How We Use Your Data
We use data to provide account authentication, subscriptions, and features; improve the service; send important updates, security alerts, and billing information; and respond to support requests.

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or rent your data, and we never share your inventory data with anyone.

7. Cloud Sync
Cloud sync is optional and disabled by default. If enabled, data is encrypted before leaving your device. You may disable cloud sync at any time.

8. Data Retention
Data remains on your device until you delete it. Account data is retained while you have an active subscription; you can request deletion after cancellation. We retain minimal logs for security and debugging.

9. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of consent for your account data.

10. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, do not use advertising tracking cookies, and use local storage for language preference.

11. Third-Party Services
Supabase provides secure cloud database and authentication, Stripe processes payments, and Brevo supports email communication.

Data is stored on servers in Tokyo, Japan. We ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers and comply with GDPR requirements for EU users.

13. Children’s Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
