Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to ABC-XYZ Inventory, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription Plans
Free: 50 SKUs at $0/month. Starter: 500 SKUs at $79/month. Growth: 2,000 SKUs at $139/month. Pro: 5,000 SKUs at $199/month. Enterprise: unlimited SKUs with custom pricing. All plans include analytics and multi-warehouse support and can be cancelled anytime.

3. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, with a 20% annual discount. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and all prices are in USD.

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to your data until that date.

5. Data Privacy
Your data stays on your device. We never have access to your inventory data, do not share it with third parties, and offer cloud backup only as an optional feature.

6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Please contact support if you experience technical issues. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
